See-through window graphics are printed on mechanically perforated vinyl.
• Vinyl has a sticky adhesive on one side, protected by a peel away release layer.
• Vinyl made by 3M
• Window graphic is 50% vinyl & 50% holes
Looking at your image from the outside:
• Human eyes absorb light reflected from objects.
• From the outside, human eyes absorb the light being reflected off of the printed image.
• The holes cannot be seen.
• The graphic looks like a solid image!
Looking from the inside of your vehicle:
• The sticky side of the graphic which faces the glass, is black.
• Your eyes absorb light reflected off objects outside the vehicle, such as buildings, cars, trees, etc.
• Your eyes blend the black material on the inside with the images seen through the holes,
• This creates the illusion that there is nothing on your window.
• You can see clearly!

Rear window graphics should never be applied to the interior. These graphics can only be seen through in one direction. If you apply them to the interior, the graphic will illegally and dangerously prevent the driver from seeing out of the rear window.
