Ordering for US Customers

 Orders (of items with product codes starting with "DS") normally process in 5 days or less*, except for Saturday and Sunday -- which will be processed the following Monday. 

You will receive an email acknowledgment receipt of your order, processing time is additional.

Orders (of items with product codes starting with "V") normally are in the mail in 2 days or less.*  This company provides quick processing and delivery!

Canadian Customers

Products with codes starting with "V" - CAN be shipped to Canada

Product codes starting with "DS" - CAN NOT be shipped to Canada!

The UPS Shipping for Canadian purchases is: "V" items sent to Canada = $25 for shipping and $1.00 for each item.  Thus, 2 of the "V" window graphics (the same or different patterns) mailed to Canada in the same order - would cost $27.00 total for shipping.

Follow the online ordering process. When you complete the "Shipping and Billing Info" page, make a copy of it - to use as your order form. Postage price will be clearly stated.

Tax is only collected for those items delivered to Texas residents.  Write a check for item(s), tax (listed only if sent to Texas) and postage.

Shipping

Shipping is done by either UPS or FedEx -- depending on our supplier's shipping contracts. At present, most of our products are shipped via UPS.

 We ship within 2-5 business days (pending on credit card verification and shipper's processing time). If you mail in an order with a check, we must wait for bank clearance before sending products.

If for any reason your order cannot be shipped in a timely manner, we will notify you by email.

A Word About Shipping Costs

We are not in the business of making money from shipping expenses. The price of shipping is changing at an incredible rate. We have no control over this. We are charging you what we are billed. Thank you for understanding!

Returns

If you decide to return the goods, you have 30 days from date of receipt by you.

Certain goods may not be returned, such as customized orders and rear window graphics.

Goods you are planning to return must include all manuals, parts, documentation, etc. The items must be able to be re-sold.

Email (marylouise @EasyOnlineOrdering.com) for an approval number.  As soon as we receive the goods, we will issue a refund for the merchandise thru your credit card.
