Ordering and Returns
Ordering & Returns -- Clearly Explained

Ordering for US Customers:  Orders normally process in two days or less, except for Saturday and Sunday -- which will be processed the following Monday.  You will receive an email acknowledgment receipt of your order, processing time is additional.

No Ordering for International Customers: Our suppliers do not handle international sales at this time. We are working to find new suppliers who will accept orders outside of the  United States.

Ordering by Phone or Snail Mail?*  Follow the online ordering process. When you complete the "Shipping and Billing Info" page, make a copy of it - to use as your order form. Postage price will be clearly stated. Tax is only collected for those items delivered to Texas residents.  Write a check for item(s), tax (listed only if sent to Texas) and postage. Send order form and check to this address (indicated at the bottom of almost all of our pages):

We maintain rigorous security practices to keep your personal information safe. Using state-of-the-art encryption technology provided by our bank, we are able to process your financial transactions safely behind protected firewalls.

You can be assured that sensitive data such as your name, address and credit card number cannot br read.   Because all of your ordering process is done electronically, a person never sees your card number.

Tax: Tax is only applied to your order if you ship to Texas (8.25%)

Shipping

 

Shipping is done by either UPS ground or USPS ground -- depending on our supplier's shipping contracts. At present, most of our products are shipped via UPS.

 We ship within 2-3 business days (pending on credit card verification). If you mail in an order and send a check, we must wait for bank clearance before sending products. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped in a timely manner, we will notify you by email.

A Word About Shipping Costs

 

Like everything else, shipping rates are rising. Due to the shopping cart calculations of shipping charges, some items may seem to have higher-than-average cost.  We are not here to profit
from postage or shipping charges on your order.

 

Any charges that exceed actual shipping/postage will be refunded to you.  The only exception: Some items may require the use of specialized containers and/or other shipping materials.

 

If there is an over-charge, we will remit any excess money to the name and address - where the goods were sent. We will do this as soon as we receive a final bill from our shipper.

Our Return Policy

  We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date along with with a receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with manuals, accessories and packaging. Please email us FIRST (at marylouise@EasyOnlineOrdering.com), for approval and a return number.  Items returned without a return number will be refused. Your name, phone number, address and item number or name must be included in the package to assure a proper credit.

Please note: Certain products cannot be returned -- sports collectibles, electronic merchandise, Gerber sheaths,  hidden cameras or surveillance equipment .**  The only exception to this rule is (1)  we have sent the wrong merchandise, or (2) your product arrives damaged.  In either of these circumstances, email us immediately for instructions (marylouise@EasyOnlineOrdering.com).

 

** We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. Thank you for understanding!

If you choose a refund, upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.
